In order to process a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email within 10 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.
  2. Provide us with a detailed description of the problem, including photos or videos.
  3. Once we have confirmed with you that the product is defective, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back to us.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will either exchange it for a new one or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not defective. All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are not defective.
