How to Use the SandBar 8” Callus File
- Start with clean, dry hands.
- Hold the SandBar Callus File Just like you would a pull up bar or barbell.
- Twist the SandBar 5 times in one direction and 5 times the other direction.
- Open up your hand and file back and forth on this overly thick calluses.
- Spend just a few seconds on each area – remember, the goal is maintenance, not total removal.
- After filing, apply a small amount of the included SandBar Salve to nourish and hydrate your skin.
- For best results, use daily or as needed to keep your calluses in peak condition.
- Occasionally clean your file using the provided silicone scrubber (dry or with soap and water) to remove buildup.

Every single day. Everytime you put friction and/or pressure on your skin, calluses build up. Your hands and feet have a high rate of skin cell turnover. The top layers dry out and build up faster than the rest of the body’s skin. Every rep, every step, every time you work hard with your hands and feet, you are creating build up. Manage your calluses by checking on them and filing them on a daily basis. Think of your SandBar as an industrial toothbrush for your calluses.
After a few uses, the abrasive surface will collect dead skin and can feel dull. Easy fix: wash it. Use the silicone scrubber that came with it. You can use it dry or with soap and water. Remember, SandBar is waterproof.

As a pole dancer, I’ve always have build up callus in my hands to the point it was painful, until this amazing product! Once it landed on my door step I followed the instructions and started filling my callus down and with the salve; I have regained having soft hands again. Even you don’t pole dance and need to get rid of those stubborn callus, this is a must! I admit it is pricy but worth the relief

Set a reminder for one year after you get your sandbar. That’s when your calluses are going to start tearing again. I’m on my third one now. It works so well to prevent tearing. I’ve got my alarm set for next year!
Only complaint is not just being provided the tracking number once it’s shipped. You’re directed to download the Shop app to see tracking info, and the app still says “waiting for information” when the package was actually already in my mailbox. I also just on principle don’t want to have to download a third party app just to track a package. And to have the app not even work was extra annoying. Just give me the tracking number and let me look it up myself!
Aside from that, this is a great product and I highly recommend!

This has been the ultimate solution to ripping and keeping the callouses on my hand under control. I use this on my hands about once or twice and week. Ever since I started I have NOT RIPPED ONCE. If you are on the fence, just give it a try. I know it’s a bit pricey, but after ripping my hands so many times in CrossFit, the suffering is over!

This product is works for pain relief. If you want to get rid of the dead skin on your blisters and is amazing. To get rid of that pain you have when you do pull-ups on the bar, or other exercises.
