How to Use the SandBar 8” Callus File

  • Start with clean, dry hands.
  • Hold the SandBar Callus File Just like you would a pull up bar or barbell.
  • Twist the SandBar 5 times in one direction and 5 times the other direction.
  • Open up your hand and file back and forth on this overly thick calluses.
  • Spend just a few seconds on each area – remember, the goal is maintenance, not total removal.
  • After filing, apply a small amount of the included SandBar Salve to nourish and hydrate your skin.
  • For best results, use daily or as needed to keep your calluses in peak condition.
  • Occasionally clean your file using the provided silicone scrubber (dry or with soap and water) to remove buildup.
