Start with dry, crusty, rough buildup—anything that’s white, snagging, or making your heels feel like sandpaper. File only the excess for a few seconds at a time until your heels feel smooth but not tender.

Then grab your Heel Polish. Rub the silicone massage applicator over the polish in a few circular motions and actually work it into that freshly filed skin. Put a little muscle behind it. Massage it around your entire heel and into every little nook and cranny.

Don’t moisturize first. All you’ll do is gum up your Foot File with perfectly good Heel Polish and make filing less effective.
