Why It Works

Clean skin recovers faster.
Circulation supports recovery.
Hydrated skin performs better.
This system does all three—fast.

Foot Scrubber Mat
Callus buildup, sweat, and bacteria stay trapped unless you physically scrub it away. This mat breaks it up thoroughly—while stimulating circulation, revitalizing your feet and signaling your skin to regenerate.

Sole Soap
Formulated with ingredients known for their antibacterial and antifungal properties, it cleans deep without stripping your skin—keeping odor, irritation, and the conditions where foot issues thrive in check.

Callus Foot File
Built from durable aluminum, it quickly takes down excess buildup—without stripping your protective callus layer completely—so your feet stay consistent under pressure.

Heel Polish
Restores moisture and flexibility—so your skin doesn't dry out, crack, or break down under stress. Supports recovery and helps protect your skin from the daily wear that leads to bigger issues.

Silicone Massage Applicator
Drives the Heel Polish deeper so it absorbs faster and works better—no mess, no waste.
Why It Works

How to Use the SandBar Foot Care Kit

WASH & SCRUB
Step onto the Shower Foot Scrubber Mat and let those flexible bristles do their thing.

Keep one foot planted while you apply Sole Soap to the heel of your other foot—then scrub back and forth, letting the mat cleanse, exfoliate, and stimulate every crevice without needing to bend over. Dirt, sweat, and dead skin? Gone.

SMOOTH & STRENGTHEN
Grab your SandBar Foot File and give those calluses the attention they deserve—not by destroying them, but by refining them.

Just a minute per heel is all it takes. Make it a quick, consistent habit and your feet will thank you.

NOURISH & MOISTURIZE
Rub the Massager into your Heel Polish using small circular motions to load it up. Then glide it across your heels—hundreds of soft silicone fingers help press the polish deep into the skin, delivering powerful hydration exactly where it's needed.

And yes—feel free to show your toes and ankles a little love too.

REPEAT
Use the full kit daily for best results, especially if your heels are dry, cracked, or painful. Once they're restored, maintain your progress by using the Sole Soap and Heel Polish daily, and file 3–4 times a week.

You're not alone—because once you try it, you'll want to know exactly why it works so well.

The Foot Care Kit was meticulously crafted to fit seamlessly into your life. Every element is designed for real results, long-term skin health, and a shower routine that actually feels indulgent.

The Foot Scrubber Mat stays in your shower as a daily reminder and delivers hands-free exfoliation using your body weight—no awkward bending or balancing. Pair it with the Sole Soap, loaded with antibacterial and healing oils, to break down buildup, grime, and bacteria while nourishing your skin with every wash.

Less buildup = less filing. The Foot File is shaped for control and precision, making it easy to smooth rough spots without over-thinning the protective skin you actually need. Its grit was tested for performance—not pain—and the ergonomic design makes the whole experience feel oddly satisfying.

Once your skin is prepped, the Heel Polish sinks in like no lotion ever could. This rich, organic blend doesn't sit on the surface—it's worked in with the Silicone Massager, pressing hydration exactly where you need it most. No greasy hands. No wasted product. Just silky, sealed heels that feel better with every use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have you covered
How do I fix cracked heels permanently?

Consistency.

If your heels are already cracked, you need to get the excess dry buildup under control—but the bigger goal is making sure you don’t keep ending up right back where you started.

Start by actually washing and scrubbing your feet every day. Use the Foot Scrubber Mat with Sole Soap to remove the sweat, grime, loose dead skin, and daily buildup your feet accumulate from training and everyday life.

Then use the Foot File to gradually smooth away the heavier, dry callus buildup the daily scrubber can’t remove. You’re not trying to eliminate your calluses. Your feet built that protective skin for a reason. You’re just keeping the excess from getting thick, dry, rough, and out of control.

Finish with Heel Polish to moisturize and protect the hardworking skin underneath.

Your feet didn’t become cracked overnight, and taking care of them once isn’t going to permanently change them.

Scrub. Smooth. Moisturize. Then keep doing it.

That’s how you get your feet under control—and keep them there.

What causes dry, cracked heels?

A lot of things can contribute to dry, cracked heels—training, friction, pressure, spending long hours on your feet, dry weather, footwear, and simply the amount of abuse your feet take every day.

But one of the biggest problems is much simpler:

Neglect.

Not because you’re intentionally neglecting your feet. Most of us were just never taught how to actually take care of them.

We’ll have an entire recovery routine for the rest of our body and barely wash the two things carrying us through every workout.

Meanwhile, dry skin and excess buildup keep accumulating. Your calluses get thicker and rougher. Your heels lose moisture. Eventually, that hardworking skin can start cracking.

And that’s the good news: once you start consistently paying attention to your feet, it’s amazing how quickly they can start looking and feeling different.

Clean them. Scrub them. File the excess buildup. Moisturize them.

Give your feet a little love and they’ll love you back.

What’s the best treatment for cracked heels?

The best place to start is with consistent care, not another one-time rescue treatment.

Scrub your feet daily with Sole Soap and the Foot Scrubber Mat so everyday sweat, grime, loose dead skin, and buildup aren’t constantly accumulating.

File away the heavier, dry buildup your daily scrubber can’t remove—but leave the healthy, protective callused skin your feet actually need.

Then apply Heel Polish to moisturize and protect that hardworking skin.

And what you do after your heels look better matters just as much as what you did to get them there.

Don’t wait until your feet hurt, crack, snag on your socks, or look like hell before you remember they exist.

Scrub. Smooth. Moisturize.

A few minutes of consistent care beats repeatedly rescuing neglected feet.

When should athletes use the Athlete Foot Regimen?

After you’ve put your feet through hell is the perfect time to give something back.

After your workout, training session, long shift, hike, run, or competition, wash and thoroughly scrub your feet with Sole Soap and the Foot Scrubber Mat.

If you’re seeing or feeling excess callus buildup, use the Foot File to smooth it down. You don’t need to file aggressively or remove every callus. You’re maintaining the protective skin your feet worked hard to build.

Then apply Heel Polish—especially after filing and before bed.

Freshly filed heels are exactly when you want to work that concentrated moisture into the skin you’ve just uncovered. Massage Heel Polish thoroughly into your heels with the silicone applicator and let it sit on that hardworking skin all night while the rest of you is recovering too.

You can absolutely use Heel Polish morning and night—in fact, we encourage it if your feet need the extra moisture.

But if you’re only going to use it once?

Nighttime.

You have a recovery routine for your muscles.

Now your feet have one too.

What’s the difference between the Athlete Foot Regimen and the Cracked Heel Revival Regimen?

The products themselves are the same.

Seriously.

Your feet don’t know whether you’re a runner, CrossFitter, weightlifter, hiker, gymnast, OCR athlete, or someone who’s simply sick of looking at cracked heels.

Hardworking feet are hardworking feet.

Both regimens give you the same tools and follow the same philosophy:

Scrub. Smooth. Moisturize.

The difference is how we’re talking about the problem.

The Cracked Heel Revival Regimen is focused on restoring dry, neglected, cracked heels. The Athlete Foot Regimen is focused on feet that are constantly being put through hell—training, sweating, friction, impact, hours inside shoes, and whatever else your sport demands.

The Cracked Heel Revival Regimen also comes packaged in a white cosmetic bag. The Athlete Foot Regimen skips the cosmetic bag and keeps the presentation focused on the tools.

Same foot care.

Different feet walking in the door.

What does the Athlete Foot Regimen come with?

Everything you need to take care of the feet carrying you through every workout.

You get an 8 oz bottle of Sole Soap, a 10-inch silicone Foot Scrubber Mat with its suction-cup storage hook, an 8-inch aluminum SandBar Foot File with its protective acrylic case and silicone cleaning tool, and a 2 oz tin of Heel Polish with its silicone massage applicator designed to store right inside the tin so it stays clean and ready to use.

Four products. Three jobs.

Scrub. Smooth. Moisturize.

Your feet provide the horsepower.

We provide the maintenance tools.

Should athletes file their foot calluses off?

Hell no.

Those calluses are there because your feet adapted to what you’re asking them to do.

Running, lifting, hiking, climbing, gymnastics, court sports, field sports, long shifts on your feet—pressure and friction tell your skin it needs protection.

The goal isn’t baby-soft feet.

The goal is to keep that protective callused skin maintained so excess buildup doesn’t become thick, dry, rough, and problematic.

File away what you don’t need.

Keep the protection you do.

Smooth, not soft.

How often should athletes file their feet?

Let your feet—not the calendar—tell you.

If you’re seeing white, dry buildup, your heels are snagging on socks or sheets, or the skin feels rough enough to scratch when you rub your feet together, it’s time for a quick file.

During heavy training periods, competitions, long hikes, or stretches where you’re spending significantly more time on your feet, you may notice buildup happening faster.

Once your feet are under control and you’re scrubbing daily with Sole Soap and the Foot Scrubber Mat, you’ll typically need your Foot File around two to three times a week. Some athletes will need it more. Others less.

Don’t wait for your heels to become a disaster.

A few seconds of maintenance beats a foot intervention every time.

Will the Athlete Foot Regimen make my feet soft or tender?

No. And that’s not the goal.

We’re not trying to give an athlete baby-soft feet. Your feet have built thicker, callused skin for a reason. It helps protect them from the pressure and friction you put them through every day.

The Athlete Foot Regimen is about maintaining that protection—not stripping it away.

The Foot Scrubber Mat removes loose daily buildup. The Foot File lets you smooth down the excess callus that has become thick, dry, or rough while leaving the healthy protective callus underneath. Then Heel Polish keeps that hardworking skin moisturized and conditioned instead of dry and brittle.

Used correctly, your feet shouldn’t feel tender after filing. If they do, you’ve gone too far.

We want your feet smooth, conditioned, protected, and ready to work—not soft and delicate.

Think of it as keeping your feet in fighting shape.

Smooth, not soft.

Should I use Heel Polish before or after training?

You can use Heel Polish anytime your feet need moisture, but the most important time is immediately after filing.

You’ve just removed the excess dry buildup. That’s when you want to massage Heel Polish thoroughly into the freshly filed callused skin underneath instead of wasting product trying to moisturize through layers of dead, crusty buildup.

You can absolutely use Heel Polish before training, and if your feet are especially dry, we encourage using it morning and night.

But if you’re only going to apply it once a day, make it part of your nighttime recovery.

Finish training. Shower. Scrub your feet. File if needed. Massage in your Heel Polish.

Then go to bed and let those feet have the damn night off.

Can the Athlete Foot Regimen help with athlete’s foot?

One of the most important things you can do to help keep athlete’s foot from becoming a recurring problem is almost embarrassingly simple:

Actually wash and dry your feet thoroughly every day.

Athletes spend hours with sweaty feet trapped inside socks and shoes—the warm, moist environment fungi love.

That’s where the Foot Scrubber Mat and Sole Soap can completely change the way you wash your feet. Instead of using your hands or assuming the soap running down your legs is getting the job done, you’re using hundreds of silicone bristles to physically scrub your feet and thoroughly work Sole Soap across the skin.

Get around your toes. Wash between them. Rinse thoroughly. And then dry between your toes completely when you’re finished.

Sole Soap also contains tea tree and lavender essential oils as part of its foot-specific formula.

We’ve heard from customers who say consistent use has made a huge difference when they’ve struggled with athlete’s foot. But if you have a persistent, painful, spreading, or worsening fungal infection, treat it appropriately rather than relying on foot care alone.

The bigger point is this:

Having the right tools makes thoroughly cleaning your feet ridiculously easy.

And when you’re an athlete living in sweaty shoes, daily foot hygiene isn’t optional.

Can I use the Athlete Foot Regimen after a marathon, competition, or long training day?

Hell yes.

After a marathon, competition, tournament, long hike, race, or brutal training day, your feet have earned some attention.

Get out of those sweaty shoes and socks. Wash and thoroughly scrub your feet with Sole Soap and the Foot Scrubber Mat. Once they’re clean and dry, take a look at your heels and calluses. If you’ve got excess buildup that needs attention, give it a quick file.

Then massage Heel Polish into your heels and let your feet rest.

But here’s the part that matters:

Don’t wait for the big event.

The Athlete Foot Regimen isn’t just recovery for the day you ran 26.2 miles. It’s what you do during all those ordinary training days that got you there.

Daily scrubbing. Consistent callus maintenance. Daily moisture.

Take care of your feet before the big day, after the big day, and every damn day in between.

That’s what changes things.

Give your feet a little love and they’ll love you back.

Why should I scrub my feet every day if I already shower after training?

Because standing underneath running water isn’t the same thing as actually washing your feet.

Your feet spend training sessions collecting sweat, dead skin, dirt, and whatever else is living inside your shoes or underneath them.

The Foot Scrubber Mat + Sole Soap gives you a ridiculously easy way to physically scrub that daily buildup away while you’re already in the shower.

And that daily step makes the rest of your foot care easier.

There’s less buildup accumulating, so when you do need the Foot File, filing is faster and more effective. And once the loose, dead buildup is gone, you’re not wasting Heel Polish trying to resurrect skin that’s already past its prime.

This may be the most important step in the entire Athlete Foot Regimen.

Every day you use your feet, wash your damn feet.

How long does the Athlete Foot Regimen last?

A long damn time.

With daily use, your 8 oz Sole Soap should last approximately three months, while your 2 oz Heel Polish should last around six months or longer.

With proper care, your SandBar Foot File should last a year or longer, and the silicone Foot Scrubber Mat is built to keep going for years. I’m still using the original Mat prototype I started testing four years ago.

So this isn’t some recovery treatment you’re blowing through after a few weeks of training.

These are tools designed to become part of how you take care of your feet.

Training changes. Seasons change. Your sport might even change.

But you’re going to need those feet for a hell of a long time.
